Alexander discovered his passion for real estate three years ago, when he started investing in long and short-term rentals like Airbnb & VRBO. That’s why he intuitively understands his clients’ wants and needs, whether they are buyers, sellers, or investors. He strives to ensure the buying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free.

 

With a bachelor’s degree in business and administration, Alexander possesses the knowledge and skills to provide unique value to his clients.

 

Along with his academic background, Alexander is an alumnus of military academy, which instilled in him qualities like loyalty, respect, honor, and integrity.

 

As a former owner of a freight transportation company, he also gained experience in

dealing with brokers addressing clients’ demands. He brings this appreciation of client satisfaction to his real estate practice.

 

When Alexander is not assisting real estate clients, he enjoys time with family-volunteering or just chilling out with friends.

 

In his spare time, he practices martial art called Taekwondo & Judo. He also loves reading, hiking and general outdoor activities.
